Aleph-Tav Body Touch Therapy is a very gentle, yet powerful way to stimulate the body’s innate healing abilities. The ATB system describes energy points on the body that are represented by the Hebrew letters. These points also create energy pathways in the body for light and information to flow. When the ATB system is not functioning optimally it will lead to dis-ease and dysfunction in the body, soul and spirit. Light touch in specific sequences on the body can move and balance the bio-energy that keeps the body alive and healthy.
ATB Touch Therapy is done in a relaxed setting with the client laying on a comfortable, padded table with their clothes on. Light touch, over the client’s clothes, on these specific Hebrew point re-establishes proper flow and communication in the body. ATB is like acupuncture without needles or acupressure without putting unnecessary pressure on the tissue. Most sessions are an hour long and can be followed up with self- help techniques, consistent and frequent sessions will produce the best results.
There is no transfer of energy between the client and practitioner, nor any connection to reiki or other similar methods.
To prepare for your ATB Touch therapy session, wear loose fitting clothing including socks. Your body will response better to the session if you can wear 100% linen, cotton or another natural fabric. Many people find the session so relaxing that they fall asleep, however, a wide range of sensations may be experienced including heat, tingling and twitching. These are normal responses to your energy moving and they are rarely uncomfortable.
ATB Touch has been shown to be extremely powerful and relaxing, affecting all levels of the body for complete well-being and wholeness.
ATB Touch therapy is for all ages young and old.

“Amber is an excellent health accountability coach. On our first consult, she listened and asked questions about my health goals. She is very patient, never judgmental or critical. Amber is always very encouraging. She tries to accommodate your goals with great resources and information. I always look forward to weekly emails full of very helpful info tailored to my health needs. And the best part, she always includes scripture for comfort and encouragement. The texts for reminders and accountability are also very helpful. I would definitely recommend Amber for accountability in achieving your health/weight goals."

“Thank you, Amber, for being a calm & help for me & my husband as we brought our second daughter, into this world! As soon as our Midwife asked who I'd like present during the birth, I didn't hesitate to mention your name. You have always had a calm & collected demeanor & I knew from your own personal experiences in birth, that you would be the help, I knew my husband needed. You & the team of highly recommended individuals came prepared in mind, body & spirit, which lead to a beautiful start to a wonderful recovery, & postpartum period.
